“Ecto-X!”
The Ghostbusters are busy as hell and can’t take the pace much longer.  Egon, instead of enlisting more help, BUILDS more help in the form of Ecto-X; a mechanical Ghostbuster that can track, blast and trap a spook.  Soon, however, Ecto-X’s outstanding performance soon casts the Ghostbusters out of the limelight.  And, if that wasn’t bad enough, it eventually turns on them!

“Spengler’s Spirit Guide” Part 50
Egon takes a moment to answer some interesting questions he has received.

“The Exploits of Ecto-X!”
Ecto-X recounts his first few hours of life.

“Blimey!  It’s Slimer!”
Frankie’s getting a new girl, and Slimer’s there for the moment.

BLOOPER: “Ecto-X!”
Page 4 - The amounts on Ecto-X’s bill are as follows; $540.50, $60 and $25, which adds up to $625.50.  However, the total amount on the bill is only $125.50.
BLOOPER: “Ecto-X!”
Page 7 - JANINE: “It’s Egon!  He took Ecto-X to a computergeist bust in Silicon Valley this morning…”
The Ghostbusters are based in New York City.  Silicon Valley is located in California.
BLOOPER: “Ecto-X!”
Page 8 - EGON: “It took possession of Robo-Buster’s memory circuits…”
Egon calls Ecto-X “Robo-Buster” instead of Ecto-X.  There was an episode called “Robo-Buster” from the animated series in which a robot was created by a businessman seeking to outdo the Ghostbusters.
BLOOPER: “The Exploits of Ecto-X!!”
Page 15 “Well, Dr. Spengler quickly fitted my memory units and then said my name was Robobuser…”
When Egon introduced the robot to the Ghostbusters, he called it Ecto-X.  Now suddenly he’s calling it Robobuster.
