As I do not support the Ghostbusters 2005 DVD (green slime case), it is not listed on this page.

This is for the three Blu-ray discs in the Ghostbusters 1 & 2 4K UHD/Blu-ray 5-Disc set released on June 11, 2019.
MAKEMKV DISC CONTENTS LIST
When you start MakeMKV, it will present you with some basic drive and disc information. The first thing you should do is go to the drop down menu, select View, then Preferences, and on the Video tab, set Minimum Title Length to 14 seconds. This will change the number of items the program will find on the disc, but there is nothing useful under 14 seconds on any of the discs, so this will eliminate a lot of junk and show you more of the important stuff.
If you have program options set to English, it will automatically select all English audio and subtitle tracks. The program does not tell you what each subtitle is, and since they all say the same thing, I can't tell you either. All I can say is to keep the main ones checked, but uncheck all of the "forced only" ones underneath each of those.
Click OK to save all settings and you'll be back on the main screen with a big Disc Drive icon button. Click on it and the program will read the contents of the disc. You can also use the Open Disc drop-down menu item.
With MakeMKV, I see no way of changing the order of audio tracks and subtitles. For some reason, with GB1, the Stereo audio track is not listed second, so when ripped, it will be placed after the two commentary tracks. For that reason, you MUST also rip the 5.1 track, so it can be the default. Otherwise you'll have the filmmaker commentary as the default, which I don't think anyone would want.
The following items are not rippable with MakeMKV. The first two I was able to rip from the 2014 Blu-ray with DVDFab, the other three are the "oil painting filter"-altered images, and you're better off getting the originals from the 1999 DVD, which is easy to screenshot in nearly any DVD player software.

NOTE ABOUT SLIMER MODE: I checked the Slimer Mode picture-in-picture rip I did from the 2014 Blu-ray, and when I went to play it now, it's just the movie. All of the overlays and PIP videos are not there anymore, even though I know that they were when I originally ripped it in 2014 because I did a bunch of screenshots from it. This leads me to believe that something in my video player setup on my computer may be different than it was back then, and that's why I'm not seeing the Slimer Mode in the video file that I know had it originally. As such, it's possible that the Slimer Mode video listed below DOES contain it, but I just can't see it in my player right now.

MAKEMKV DISC CONTENTS LIST
When you start MakeMKV, it will present you with some basic drive and disc information. The first thing you should do is go to the drop down menu, select View, then Preferences, and on the Video tab, set Minimum Title Length to 14 seconds. This will change the number of items the program will find on the disc, but there is nothing useful under 14 seconds on any of the discs, so this will eliminate a lot of junk and show you more of the important stuff.
If you have program options set to English, it will automatically select all English audio and subtitle tracks. The program does not tell you what each subtitle is, and since they all say the same thing, I can't tell you either. All I can say is to keep the main ones checked, but uncheck all of the "forced only" ones underneath each of those.
Click OK to save all settings and you'll be back on the main screen with a big Disc Drive icon button. Click on it and the program will read the contents of the disc. You can also use the Open Disc drop-down menu item.
With MakeMKV, I see no way of changing the order of audio tracks and subtitles. For some reason, with GB1, the Stereo audio track is not listed second, so when ripped, it will be placed after the two commentary tracks. For that reason, you MUST also rip the 5.1 track, so it can be the default. Otherwise you'll have the filmmaker commentary as the default, which I don't think anyone would want.
The following items are not rippable with MakeMKV. The first two I was able to rip from the 2014 Blu-ray with DVDFab, the other three are the "oil painting filter"-altered images, and you're better off getting the originals from the 1999 DVD, which is easy to screenshot in nearly any DVD player software.

NOTE ABOUT SLIMER MODE: I checked the Slimer Mode picture-in-picture rip I did from the 2014 Blu-ray, and when I went to play it now, it's just the movie. All of the overlays and PIP videos are not there anymore, even though I know that they were when I originally ripped it in 2014 because I did a bunch of screenshots from it. This leads me to believe that something in my video player setup on my computer may be different than it was back then, and that's why I'm not seeing the Slimer Mode in the video file that I know had it originally. As such, it's possible that the Slimer Mode video listed below DOES contain it, but I just can't see it in my player right now.
